Collective negotiations for workers and employees at airports have been successfully concluded. In just two rounds of negotiations, the unions vida and GPA, together with the aviation group of the Association of Bus, Aviation, and Shipping Companies of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ), agreed on a new collective agreement. Wages and salaries will increase by 3.3%, retroactive to 1 May 2025. The new collective agreement applies to approximately 6,500 employees and has a term of one year.
