More than 200 parking wardens and environmental officers across three London Boroughs are set to walk out on strike. Members of GMB, the union for outsourced workers, voted to take action over a slew of workplace issues, including: not being offered a single penny in pay talks that lasted months, leading the members on for months, and not negotiating in good faith, no recognition agreed for contracts in Kingston and Richmond, and harassment and intimidation of GMB members.
