Municipalities and regions and Sobona (the employers’ association of municipal companies) have concluded three collective agreements for the public sector with the trade unions. SKR and Sobona have signed a one-year collective agreement with the unions within the General Municipal Operations (AKV) and the Medical Association (Läkarförbundet). In addition, an agreement has been concluded with the Academic Alliance which runs indefinitely. The agreements with AKV and Läkarförbundet follow the industry mark for wage increases of 3.3%, while the agreement with AkademikerAliansen continues to have no specified level. The parties also agree to work on a number of strategically important issues during the agreement period.
