Average gross salaries and wages in November 2023 were 123,971 RSD (€ 1,058), while average net salaries and wages amounted to 89,956 RSD (€ 768). Gross and net salaries and wages in the period January–November 2023 increased by 15.0% in nominal terms, i.e. 2.0% in real terms compared to the same period last year. Compared to the same month last year, average salaries and wages for November 2023 increased by 14.8% in nominal terms, and 6.3% in real terms.
