Norway - Mediation after negotiations break down - March 31, 2024

Wage negotiations between private-sector industrial workers and employers will go to mediation to avoid a strike after the talks broke down. The state mediator will meet the representatives of the trade unions and the employers after they failed to reach an agreement. The union's demands include increased purchasing power and a continuing education reform.
