A new law on transparant working conditions came into force. This legislation imposes new requirements for written employment contracts. It lists the information that must be included; in particular, the employer must clearly indicate the start and duration of the employment relationship in the case of a temporary employment contract. Otherwise, the contract will be considered open-ended. Similarly, if the job details (description, title, position or professional category) are not specified, the employee’s claims in relation to their assignments will be withheld.
