Netherlands - Short-term agreement at insurance company - June 30, 2024

After negotiations between the unions and insurance company ASR came to a standstill, they were resumed on 24 June. The employer offered a short-term collective agreement in preparation of a collective agreement that will involve a significant reduction in working hours. The collective agreement has a term of nine months. Salaries will be increased by 4.75% with effect from 1 July 2024, with the minimum increase being € 250. A number of salary scales will have a higher maximum. The minimum hourly wage will be raised to € 16.
