Luxembourg - Collective agreement for department store - September 30, 2024

OGBL, the union represented within the staff delegation of department store Galeries Lafayette, signed a first collective agreement covering the company's approximately 75 employees. The collective agreement covers a period of three years, from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2027. Among the negotiated benefits are: the introduction of meal vouchers worth € 10 per day worked (employer share: € 7.20), the application of a paid break of 12 minutes which is added to the usual break, one additional day of leave for every 5 years of seniority, up to 30 years of seniority.
