Liechtenstein - New collective agreement for industry - December 31, 2024

The Liechtenstein Chamber of Industry and Commerce (LIHK) and the trade union Liechtenstein Employees' Association (LANV) have signed a collective agreement for the metal and non-metal industries, which applies from 1 January 1, 2025. The new agreement was drawn up in intensive rounds of negotiations. The agreement applies to the 34 industrial and service companies of the LIHK and their approximately 11,000 employees. With the agreement, the contracting parties aim to keep Liechtenstein competitive as a place to work by promoting innovation and modern work organization, to define modern working conditions, rights and obligations, and to maintain industrial peace.
