The Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LIHK) and the Liechtenstein Employees' Federation (LANV) can look back on 75 years of successful cooperation. Three quarters of a century ago, the two orgnaisations signed their first collective agreement, which has been continuously developed since then. The respectful cooperation between the two organisations has proven successful. The modern world of work brings new challenges, particularly due to digitalization. That is why great importance is attached to the training and further education of employees.
