Italy - Collective agreement for managers in industry - November 30, 2024

The National Collective Agreement (CCNL) for managers of companies producing goods and services was renewed with effect from 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2027. The renewal of the contract includes interventions on many issues, including the expansion of the definition of manager, the improvement of remuneration aspects, the strengthening of the bilateral welfare system with particular attention to gender equality. For the remuneration aspects, the values of the minimum overall guarantee treatment have been raised by 6%.
