One in five employees who are a member of the trade union of university graduates BHM is very interested in changing jobs and/or workplaces, according to BHM's standard of living study. The most common reasons given by social workers are the salary, management practices at the workplace and work-related stress, but the reasons given varied depending on where people work and in which sector. Within BHM, the four largest employment sectors are: health care, public administration and social security, educational activities and social services. When social workers within these sectors are compared in terms of the desire to change jobs, the desire is significantly higher among employees in public administration and social security, where one in four intends to look elsewhere.
