Union Efling and the Association of Companies in Welfare Services have reached a four-year agreement, retroactive from 1 April, focussing on improving staffing levels at nursing homes. Key points include new team leader positions, improved working conditions, and adjustments to wages for home care staff. Efling’s primary demand was improving staffing levels at nursing homes to alleviate the workload on employees, which was a key result of the agreement.
