Germany - 4-week family start-up at bank - September 30, 2024

The trade union ver.di and the bank ING Germany agreed on a further development of their future collective agreement on 16 September. This regulates innovative approaches for good working conditions. In addition to an increase in the health budget by € 200 to € 500 per year, the biggest innovation is the introduction of a "family start-up time". This is 4 weeks for the second parent in the event of birth, adoption or taking over of the care of a child. ING-DiBa employs around 5,000 people in Germany.
