In the third round of negotiations, the ver.di union and employers agreed on a collective agreement for private banks' staff. Salaries will increase by a total of 10.5% in three stages from August 1, 2024. For junior employees, salaries will increase by a total of € 250. The agreement has a term of 28 months. In addition, the collective bargaining parties agreed to continue the collective bargaining reform process that began last year and to start talks on a new pay structure and a modern, life-phase-oriented working time arrangement. Ver.di members can now vote on the acceptance of the collective agreement until the end of July. The ver.di collective bargaining commission recommends that members accept the negotiation result..
