France - New collective agreement for electricity company - December 31, 2024

Electricity company EDF and trade union organizations (CFE-CGC, CGT, CFDT and FO) have signed an agreement for 2025 conditioning the amount of individual increases for employees. Trade unions have signed a salary agreement for 2025 providing for 1.9% individual increases, which adds to an increase of 0.8% at the branch level. In all companies in the electricity and gas industries, annual negotiations resulted in proposals comprising between 1.8 and 1.9% in individual measures.
