The social partners have reached a national cross-industry agreement (ANI) to promote the employment of 'experienced' employees. The text, which was endorsed by the employers' negotiators (Medef and U2P) and those of the unions CFDT, CFTC and CFE-CGC on the trade union side, should be transposed into law by the government by the end of the year.
