A majority of employees fear job loss in 2025 and are considering changing jobs, driven by financial dissatisfaction, work-life balance, and limited career growth opportunities, according to a new survey. At the same time, a significant proportion of workers are considering changing jobs on their own initiative, driven primarily by dissatisfaction with wages. According to the survey, 54.4% of Czech workers fear job loss in 2025. Despite the historically low unemployment rate — 3.8% in October — economic uncertainty stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic and high energy prices has heightened anxieties.
