Cyprus - Hoteliers approve new collective agreement after initial rejection - December 31, 2024

The Cyprus Hotel Association (PASYXE) has approved the Labour Ministry proposal for a new collective agreement in the hotel industry, reversing its initial rejection. The decision was reached during an extraordinary general meeting held in Nicosia, where members voted to accept the revised terms of the agreement. Trade unions and the Tourism Enterprises Association (STEK) had already accepted the proposal of the Ministry days earlier.
