According to Medlings-Institutet (Mediation Institute), in 2022, industrial action broke out in two negotiations and, in total, roughly 5,200 working days were lost in these conflicts,. In only one case were working days lost in connection with disputes at the local level. All types of conflicts with work stoppages are included in the statistics, both legal and illegal. In 2022, there were three mediation cases in national negotiations under the auspices of the Mediation Institute, as well as ten regional mediation cases, all of which concerned contractual disputes.
