Romania - New collective agreement for road workers - April 30, 2023

RADJP Road construction has concluded a new collective agreement, after negotiations that lasted almost two months. According to the new contract, employees with more than 5 years of work experience will benefit from 2 more days off. Also, employees who work in difficult, dangerous or harmful conditions will benefit from an additional 3-day holiday. The employer will grant also monthly meal vouchers to their employees.
