Poland - Wages increase by 10% - October 31, 2023

According to the Central Statistical Office (GUS), the corporate sector wage growth slowed to 10.3% year-on-year to PLN 7,379.88 (€ 1,660) in September, down from an 11.9% increase in the previous month. On a monthly basis, wages increased by 0.1%. Meanwhile, the highest wages were paid in the information and communication sector (PLN 12,313; € 2,765), while the lowest wages were recorded in the accommodation and catering sector (PLN 5,446; € 1,223).
