The General Workers’ Union has signed a new collective agreement covering all employees of ARMS (Automated Revenue Management Services) for five years. The agreement is the result of months of discussions between management and employee representatives. Through this agreement, employees will enjoy better working conditions and also an improvement in the financial package.
