The 350 employees at the wood processing company Kronospan can look forward to a new collective agreement that contains some amenities such as, among other things, retention and service grants. The union association OGBL and LCGB signed the renewed collective agreement on 4 May with the management of Kronospan. The new collective agreement, retrospectively, applies from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024 and includes an additional premium for the term of the collective agreement of € 1,800 for each employee, payable in four tranches. The attendance bonus increases from € 2,500 to € 3,000.
