About 70 employees at soft-drinks distributor Coca-Cola will get a € 700 bonus this year and a 1.4% pay increase next year under a long-delayed work agreement. In a press release, the union OGBL said that workers this year will receive the bonus and a 12.5% top up of another bonus that is earmarked for maintaining uniforms. According to the union, next year, employees at Coca Cola are in for an additional day of leave, a € 150 gift voucher, a pay increase and other benefits.The largest union last month threatened a work stoppage after 10 months of wage talks failed and staged a protest outside the company.
