Liechtenstein - Satisfactory pay round - April 30, 2023

The union LANV negotiates wage agreements for 18 sectors in the annual wage rounds with the Chamber of the Economy in autumn. For 2023, the union agreed on general wage increases with 15 sectors. In two other sectors, wages will be increased by up to 3%. Minimum wages will increase by between 3% and 10% in twelve sectors. Weekly working hours will be reduced in three sectors, resulting in a higher hourly wage. In two other sectors, employees aged 50 and over can look forward to five weeks of vacation.
