Public service union federations FP-CGIL, CISL-FP and UIL-PA continue to mobilise their members in both the Ministry of Justice and the INAIL institute that provides compensation for workplace accidents. While progress has been made at the Ministry of Justice and some agreements have been signed, the unions are concerned that there is no further commitment to negotiate on a new collective agreement and on some specific issues such as smart working.
