Italy - Agreement at fashion company - May 31, 2023

National and local representatives of the trade unions Filctem Cgil, Femca Cisl and Uiltec Uil, alongside their employee representatives at luxury fashion company Valentino, have met with the senior management to sign a 2023-2025 collective agreement that stipulates that a result-based bonus will be awarded to all the company’s workers employed at its fashion division in Italy. According to the unions, with this agreement, a significant economic improvement has been achieved, which captures the company’s growth and all its related benefits. This new deal is additional to the employment terms previously agreed upon.
