The approximately 40,000 employees in metal construction and precision engineering in Baden-Württemberg will get a 5.2% pay increase from 1 May 2023. At the same time, the salaries of trainees increase disproportionately. In addition, the employees receive a tax-free inflation compensation premium of €1,200. Apprentices and dual students receive €600 euros, which will be paid out in March 2023. The collective agreement runs until April 30, 2024.
