The approximately 6,500 employees at Coca-Cola Germany get significantly higher pay, according to a new agreement between the union NGG and the employer. In several steps, the employees will receive around 10% more pay plus a tax-free inflation compensation bonus of €3,000. Trainees get €100 more per month plus a €2,000 inflation compensation premium. The agreement runs until 31 December 2023.
