Czechia - Gross wage up by 7.1% compared to 2022 - December 31, 2023

In the the third quarter of 2023, the average gross monthly nominal wage per full-time equivalent (FTE) employee was CZK 42,658 (€ 1,724), an increase by 7.1% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, according to the Czech Statistical Office (CZSO). In real terms, it decreased by 0.8%. The median wage was CZK 37,492 (€ 1,515). Compared to the previous quarter, the seasonally adjusted average wage increased by 1.5% in the Q3 2023.
