Most state doctors took part in a 24-hour strike in protest against the lack of professional insurance coverage. According to the public hospital doctors’ union Pasyki, the relevant state agencies, including the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Finance, and the legal service, failed in providing their employees with insurance benefits accorded in legislations.
