Romania - Public transport on strike - January 31, 2022

The employees of the Bucharest overground public transport company STB decided to continue their strike despite a court ruling that ordered the immediate resumption of public transport in the city. They went on strike to demand salary increases and better working conditions. More than 1,400 buses, trolleybuses and trams didn’t go into service.
