Norway - New collective agreement for health sector - June 30, 2022

Trade unions in the health sector have negotiated a new agreement with the Spekter employers’ organisation. The new minimum annual salary in the main pay structure is NOK 350,000 (€33,320), an increase of NOK 12,000 (€1,140). A separate agreement was negotiated by the NSF nurses’ union, with nurses seeing an average wage increase of around NOK 25,000 (€2,380).
