Luxembourg - Social security regulations for cross-border teleworking - June 30, 2022

The Ministry of Social Security announced that the ‘exceptional provision’ excluding Covid-19 related telework days in social security calculations for cross-border workers is to be extended until 31 December 2022. The members of the Administrative Commission for the Coordination of Social Security Systems in the EU have decided on a 6 month transitional period of ‘administrative tolerance’ starting 1 July 2022 and ending 31 December 2022.
