The tripartite council discussed changes in the regulation of strikes and the competences of social partners. A representative of the Ministry of Social Security presented a draft law which aims to more efficiently ensure the implementation of the workers’ right to strike enshrined in the Constitution. After the adoption of the draft law, a new clause would be added the Code of Civil Procedure, providing that the court would direct the urgent execution of decisions on the legality of the strike, and the appeal of the court's decision would not stop the strike itself, if the strike was recognized as legal.
