The social partners in the energy-oil industry renewed the sector’s national collective agreement that runs retroactively from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2024 and covers more than 40,000 workers, including employees at the energy giant ENI. In it are major innovations such as an overall pay rise of €235 over three years, progress in terms of training and above all, fresh impetus for the sector’s specific individual performance assessment system.
