Germany - New collective agreement for Postbank - March 31, 2022

The Verdi trade union and Deutsche Bank reached a new collective agreement for the 15,000 employees of the bank’s subsidiary Postbank. Staff will receive a 5.2% salary increase in two steps, accompanied by two lump-sum payments of €750. The agreement also extends the previous job guarantee until January 2024 as well as including a section on teleworking. The agreement will run for 25 months until January 2024.
