The collective bargaining partners of temporary agency work agreed on the adjustment of the collective pay agreements for the sector. This involved the adjustment of the lowest three wage groups with wage increases between 16 and 24.1%. This had become necessary after the parliament decided to increase the statutory minimum wage to 12 euros, which will take effect on 1 October this year. The agreement furthermore includes an increase in the bonus for trade union members: Those who have belonged to a trade union for at least six months will receive €150 more in holiday and Christmas bonuses from November 2023.
