Germany - Collective agreement in plastics industry - June 30, 2022

IG BCE has reached a collective agreement for the 16,500 employees in the Bavarian plastics industry. The agreement includes a two-staged increase of wages, salaries and training allowances. Wages and salaries will increase by 3.5% from September 2022 and by a further 2% on 1 July 2023. There is also a one-off payment of €700 for employees and of €300 for apprentices.
