EU Sources - EU schools’ teachers demand EU employment rights - March 31, 2022

Hundreds of teachers at EU schools marched to demand better job security and contracts protected under EU employment laws. Up to 300 teachers and other marchers gathered in the EU district of Brussels to protest against the terms under which locally recruited teachers are hired for the European Schools. The 13 schools cater for around 28,000 children of staff at EU institutions and of diplomats.
