Estonia - Advise to expand unemployment benefits - May 31, 2022

The European Commission recommends Estonia to expand unemployment insurance benefits to cover non­standard forms of work. The country is urged to strengthen its social security net by designating new social insurance benefit recipients. Benefits should also be in place for those who do odd jobs and use other atypical forms of working.
