Union confederation FH published ten proposals for how legal certainty can be strengthened for people with reduced work ability, highlighting that they must be met with trust, dignity and recognition. Wage earners who have been worn down by a hard physical and mental working life, or affected by an accident or misfortune in life, and as a result have a reduced ability to work, must receive the necessary help and support to be retained in the job or to return to the labour market.
