An extension of the exceptional, provisional work reorganisation regime to fight against the COVID-19 pandemic has been decreed. Remote work is compulsory unless an agreement is negotiated between employers and workers. If work duties are not compatible with remote work or conditions are not conducive to such work, the company must implement staggered working hours. The law requires a 30-minute gap between the arrival and departure of different groups of employees.
