EU Sources - Why telework needs collective bargaining - April 30, 2021

Telework has expanded massively during the pandemic and is here to stay. Trade unions will have to react quickly through social dialogue and collective bargaining to make sure that workers can benefit from teleworking while avoiding potential pitfalls. With this in mind, IndustriAll Europe has identified both the challenges facing trade union organisations as they strive to continue keeping in touch with workers and recruiting new members, as well as fresh opportunities to capitalise on some new methods that were deployed during the pandemic.
