EU Sources - Rise in homeworking - January 31, 2021

With the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, many in the world’s workforce have shifted to homeworking. The sudden rise in homeworking brings renewed urgency to the need to appreciate the implications of home working for both workers and employers. The International Labour Organization (ILO) has published a report to improve understanding of homeworking as well as to offer policy guidance that can ensure decent work for homeworkers.
