The year 2021 brings a number of important legislative changes that will have an impact on employees and employers. Several amendments to the Labour Code have already come into force in the course of 2020. A new shared workplace law allows the employer the option of employing two or more employees part-time to fulfil the role of one full-time job. In practice, this constitutes more flexible working conditions for the employees who can schedule their working hours themselves according to their needs.
