Netherlands - Schiphol Airport cuts jobs - August 31, 2020

Royal Schiphol Group announced to cut several hundred jobs out of a workforce of 3,000. This is the result of a 62% drop in passenger traffic from the same period in 2019. The loss of €' 246 million, and the uncertainty about the near future make a 25% cut in costs necessary, including the job cuts, by 2022.
