Denmark - Employers allowed to force staff to take COVID-19 test - November 30, 2020

Employers can force by law their staff to take a test for coronavirus and disclose the result. The law is a result of an emergency vote passed by a parliamentary majority. The aim of the law is to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and prevent businesses from having to suspend operations if an outbreak occurs, the Ministry of Employment said in a statement.
