The Institute Great Place to Work produces an annual assessment of the companies that attractive to work in. This time it has also checked the situation in all French companies. Since the start of the crisis in 2008 the optimism of workers has decreased and job satisfaction has gone down. Three-quarter of the working population personally feels the effect of the crisis, whether in their wages that have stagnated (62%), in augmented stress at the workplace (41%) or in intensification of work pressure (37%).
